Resumo

Objetivo: O demonstrado trabalho teve como objetivo avaliação se ministérios treinamento de força bi-set induz alterações de testosterona e cortisol séricos, do lista T/C (razão testosterona: cortisol), da forças muscular, da gordura e da volumes magra em denomina jovens, depois de treinamento através 8 semanas. Metodologia: Os parâmetros corporais e together concentrações séricas de testosterona e cortisol foram identificar no repouso e, imediatamente, depois de ~ o treinamento, antes do começar e após 8 semanas. Utilizou-se o método bi-set, com 4 séries e 10 repetições máximas porque o cada exercício, abranger intervalo entrou as series de 90 s, realizados quatro vezes através semana, através dos 8 semanas.
